This is just wrong.
Over the Garden Wall — Behind the Scenes
It’s no secret we’d do just about anything to support the wonderful work of former Adventure Timer Pat McHale, so it shouldn’t be a surprise we’d post this behind-the-scenes video for his upcoming Cartoon Network project, Over the Garden Wall. It looks so good!
This looks really cool!
Q: How different can the lifestyle of owls be? Do they all live on trees and do they all like basically the same kind of food?
-asked by sagischwarz
A: When people think about owls, they usually imagine a large bird of prey that lives in a forest and hunts small rodents. Although this fits the description for many owl species, that does not fit the description for all of them! Owls are found on every continent except for Antarctica, so they have adapted to many different environments. Burrowing Owls, for example, make their homes in burrows underground and like to eat insects (although small mammals and birds can be on the menu as well). And then there are Snowy Owls that live in the far north in the tundra, and nest on the bare ground with no trees in sight. You also have owls like the Blakiston’s Fish Owl that enjoys eating fish! I don’t think there is a species of owl that won’t hunt small mammals, but they all have a preferred diet and are specially adapted to their surroundings. They are very adaptable birds!
I really though this said adoptable for a about 3 seconds and I was SO HAPPY.
Anonymous asked: Give it to me straight, Doug. Are there goblins in Khans of Tarkir?
Well, the presence or absence of goblins would depend on the ecosystem of Tarkir, the state of predator-prey relationships on the plane, the geography and mana topography of its mountainous areas, so I mean, it’s complicated—
OHHHhhh you said to give it to you straight. Well, that’s binding, so:
Yes, there are goblins on Tarkir. (I mentioned goblins during the SDCC panel.) Yay!
Good news, Krenko players!
